The suggested programme of events for the weekend is as follows:-
Friday
Arrive lunchtime and enjoy a drink and a bar snack – the prices are very reasonable. Rooms are usually available from 1.00pm.
7.00pm – 9.00pm
9.00pm – Midnight
A Three Course Table d’Hote Dinner and Coffee is served
Music for dancing
Full English Breakfast
Optional Coach Trip
Bar Lunches available
President’s Reception with photographer in attendance

The Hotel Piccadilly is privately owned and has consistently been one of the highest rated AA three star Hotels in Bournemouth. All of our 45 bedrooms have en-suite facilities, flat screen colour TV, and courtesy trays. The Ballroom is fully air-conditioned and comfortably seats 110 guests at round tables leaving a spacious floor in the centre of the room to dance the night away.

Full English Breakfast on Saturday and Sunday morning and a three-course Traditional Roast Sunday Lunch
A Pianist to play throughout your Banquet on Saturday evening

The following page detail what is included in your weekend. This is based on lodges anticipating approx 70 guests for the full weekend. Often smaller lodges may like to join with other lodges to make up their numbers, we would be happy to discuss the arrangements with you.
